I am going to blog about how i bake my cookies. (learn it from Mdm Ijah, home econ cca teacher)
I did it all by myself, *proud of myself* LOL .__.
Got all the ingredient that i need from the shops at my house downstairs, lucky that they have if not i will not bake cos i am lazy to go Sheng Shiong/Ntuc to buy. But sadly to say that i didn't get to buy the chocolate chips so i used cocokrunch & some chocolate to deco.
Before baking, on the music loud loud cos i am only at home & it so weird that the house is so quiet .
So prepare all the ingredient first, so later no nid rush here rush there.
I shall stop saying, let the pictures do all the talking.
Ingredient : 50g of icing sugar & 75g of butter & 100g self-raising flour.
Step 3: Add in the crush cocokrunch/chocolate chip/anything you want to put in.
Step4: spoon the mixture into small pieces and place it in the baking tray.
*ready to bake*
Some chocolate for deco if you want, in the end i nvr use it & crush cocokrunch.
Step 1: Cream the icing sugar & butter(shown in left side of the pic) till it turns out to be like(shown in the right side of the pic)
Step 2: Pour in the flour & mix well until you can't see the flour anymore.
Step 3: Add in the crush cocokrunch/chocolate chip/anything you want to put in.
Step4: spoon the mixture into small pieces and place it in the baking tray.
*ready to bake*
Step5: bake in at 170 degree for 15min

TADA~ It turns out pretty well, sucessful but its quite hard but overall it taste nice <:
This is wat i get comment from my sister & papa & of course myself, HAHA :D
Ya, that all. Next time gonna try to bake cupcake at home.
Didn't try it out before so next time will be the first time.
